Returns & Cancellations
Exchanges
As all our products are custom-printed to order, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available only for larger sizes.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To Initiate an Exchange:

Contact Us: Email us at hello@taniapurdy.com to notify us of your intention to exchange.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and dispatch the new size to you.
Important Notes:
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping and any associated fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@taniapurdy.com with a photo of the damage, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
All our prints are made to order. Once your order has been placed, it is automatically sent to our printing team for processing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been received and processed.
